Is Win10 1607 still available for download?

    Hello,
I am currently running Win10 Pro v 1511 and have attempted to install 1607 three times with no success - always trouble with the Start menu.
Thus I have three times simply used an image to overwrite the installation to bring it back to v 1511, which functions fine.
I run Classic Shell, which I suspect may be at the heart of the issue and this time would like to uninstall Classic Shell and then try installing 1607.
When I look for a 1607 download, I see that now only 1703 is available.
QUESTION: Is there a link available that can be used to still download 1607?
It seems that now only 1703 can be downloaded.
Version 1511 works fine (for me), but it is my understanding that (in October) MS will stop supporting it for security issues . . .
    Thank you ahead of time!
    Regards,
    Bob

Try http://windowsiso.net/. It claims to offer genuine download links to Microsoft repositories for all Windows 10 versions.

    Hope this helps...

    Thank you.

The download speed's not too shabby either. I'm just testing it with a Windows 8.1 ISO of 4GB.

EDIT: After the download finished I checked the SHA-1 hash of the ISO file and it's an identical match, i.e. legitimate and not corrupted... so the ISO is 'genuine'.

Classic Shell is a third party app like Firefox, or Chrome or 7-Zip which adds a Start button. It does not prevent or interfere with Windows Updates.

That KB is listed in the MS update catalog, how did you know what KB to look for?

Another way of getting a version 1607 ISO file is to use WinTools' Windows 10 ISO Download Tool.

This is a tiny single-purpose browser with the official MS Win 10 download URL hard-coded.

Using this tiny portable tool (which has been checked using VirusTotal), it's possible to choose Anniversary Update, i.e. version 1607:

This free tool does just one thing... but does it well in a very simple way.

    Hope this helps...
