    O365 Ribbon Customization file locations

I always thought these were stored in the templates, like all the other customizations. But no, fyi they're separate files at:
    C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\W ord.officeUI
    C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\E xcel.officeUI

Question: Are Quick Access Toolbar customizations also stored in these files?

My reading suggests the files hold both ribbon and QAT customizations, but it's not fully clear. Hope so, one more obscure file location to backup is enough, thanks MS.

Fyi you can also backup via the Import/Export button on the bottom of the Customize Ribbon screen.
