Seagate USB backup hasn't been seen since SSD install?

My seagate backup drive is seen by the windows file manager in my 2 other PC's (1 Vista laptop and 1 win 7 desktop).I cloned my win 7 from IDE sata to SSD and all is well (I thought) till I wanted to do a backup, I've tried all 6 USB slots, it's win 7 file manager just doesn't see it and I need help.

Have you checked that the USB interface is happy in Device Manager?
