    Susan Bradley's Patch Watch?

    Hello All,

    does anyone know what happened to Susan Bradley's invaluable "Patch Watch" column in Windows Secrets?
    As far as I can make out, it last appeared in the January 23, 2018 issue, but never afterwards.
    But I haven't seen any announcements concerning a break, a change, or (heaven forbid) a cancellation of the column.

    Two weeks ago I sent an email to the Editor to inquire, but have not been graced with a reply.

    Does anyone know more?

    Hi,

    I haven't received any newsletter emails since the 2018-01-16 issue? I paid my subscription renewal of $39 on the 13th December 2017. I have no replies to emails sent to Pentontech

    Needless to say, I can't open a PayPal dispute to claim it back as it is beyond 180 days. But I can say one thing, I will not be renewing again.

    I'm not clear what you mean by Pentontech but the email address to contact Penton about any Windows Secrets newsletter subscription, payment or newsletter delivery problems is:

    customersupport@penton.com

    I've also made our Penton contact aware of your post.

    The address I sent emails to was pentontech@pentontech.com, which was where the subscription receipt email came from.

    I emailed customer support earlier tonight.

    Ah, that explains the pentontech email address. Thanks.

    Even though the Windows Secrets Lounge forum and the Windows Secrets newsletter are seperate entities, we've usually been able to help get issues like this sorted quickly. I'll let you know if I hear more from my end.
