How can I access update options on Outlook 2016

I have a computer with Win 10 Pro 64 bit with Office for Home and Business 2016 installed. When I go to Outlook and click File>Office Account, I see the block labeled "About Outlook," but I do not see the block labeled "Update Options." From crawling around the internet, it seems that this means that I have MSI based office rather than a click-to-run version. I'm using an HP laptop which I bought for home use and HP sold me a copy of Office 2016 which they installed on the machine before delivering it. Is there any way to access updates and find out whether Office is up-to-date? [The Windows updating is working just fine and I've checked the option to have all other Microsoft products updated automatically. The list of of successful updates never shows anything involving Office]

Llyn, I'm on Office 365 click-to-run, but maybe the info is relevant.

In About Outlook, it says updates are automatically downloaded and installed—but of course that's the nature of 365. It shows my version as 1805 Build 9330.2124 Click-to-run. If yours says 1805, I assume you're up-to-date.
PS Hmm, this page says 1806 is the latest, maybe it's queued to come to me later.

My list of Windows Updates doesn't show anything about Office either, but there's a "What's New" button below the About Outlook which lists 2 new items—Type hands-free, and View 3 time zones.

    Interesting, here's my results:

I guess the YMMV applies here?

I see the same version and build as Lugh. Must be that my copy is up to date. Just wish that it could be tracked.

See the "Semi-annual channel" below your version? I have "Monthly channel" there, so that's why YM is V'ing

If you have a subscription see Release information for updates to Office 365 ProPlus for information om each set of updates.

@Lynn, you can look at that page too. You have to click on a release to see the details. You'd have to ignore feature updates as the MSI version does not get feature updates.
