Photoshop Elements 14 from the last windows 10 update,
I had the error in Photoshop Elements 14 from the last windows10 update,
1 ) could not complete your request because of a problemparsing the JPEG data
2 ) Could not save as JPEG because there is not enoughmemory ( RAM)
I cured this with registry edit found on this site.
But my bother had the same problem and he reinstalled PSE14this did not work so he uninstalled it and tried to install it again, now thePSE14 will not install.
I did the registry edit found on this site, then tried toinstall but it would not.
I checked to see if there was any PSE14 data in the Registrythere was and I deleted it, tried again no luck.
I tried to install it in Safe Mode still no luck
Any ideas.

Just to clarify:
Q1. What 'last windows10 upgrade' do you mean? 1803 or 1809 (which not so many people have received)?
Q2. Do you have a link to the post on Windows Secrets Lounge where you found the registry edit? (I searched but couldn't find a relevant post.)
Q3. When the install fails, is there any error? (onscreen and/or logged in Event Viewer?)
(I've never used Photoshop Elements but I'm guessing this may be useful information to know.)
(PS - It looks from your post that you've changed the default font, size and colour. As a result it's almost impossible to 'Reply With Quote' quickly due to all the superfluous formatting. Just something to think about... help us to help you.)

@Rick,
No one has received 1809 yet. Only pre-release Insider builds which will evolve into 1809.Joe
