As jwitalka indicated above, Classic-Start is a replacement for the old Classic Shell.

Classic Start 4.4.109 is here on github:
    https://github.com/NeoClassic-UI/Men...up_4_4_109.exe

Classic Start 4.4.109 is also available at Majorgeeks: https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/det...sic_start.html

(NOTE: I've been reading on github that Classic Start is already being renamed Neoclassic.)
Clone or Image often! Backup, backup, backup, backup...

Just a note of caution... Classic Start 4.4.109 is a 'Developer' release, not a general release so there may yet be stability issues.

Classic Start 4.4.109 is also available as a 'Windows Insiders Preview' release... a clear indication that it's still in a testing/feedback phase.

As both are still classed as 'Pre-releases' (see https://github.com/NeoClassic-UI/Menu/releases), it may be prudent to wait or just accept that it may be buggy.

    Hope this helps...
