    Font sizes in Office 365

When I am trying to modify the view(s) in Outlook, the Conditional formatting doesn't allow for "typical" sizes (10,12,14 pt. Etc.) but instead goes to Smaller, Normal, Big, Bigger. It seems that Normal is 10 pt. And Big is 14 pt.

Is there a way to pick the font sizes by point size instead?

Dave, in CondForm you can see that the fonts have distinct sizes, so that, for instance, I have a font set to 14pt. But let's say that I want it a bit smaller, say 12 pt. But when I choose the size "Button" I get instead CondForm-2, giving me instead choices like "bigger" or "smaller."

Not at all what I need to choose by. Can't I have direct size choices like the first shot showed?

If I recall correctly, the options to specify an available pt size was removed in Outlook 2013.
Many folks try to overcome the issue by choosing a different font and to hopefully end up with an acceptable compromise.
